This place surpassed my expectations. My group was met by a very friendly worker, Gabe, who provided excellent customer service and made our experience extraordinary. We ordered cookies and they were freshly baked and still warm when they got to us. Gabe also offered us water, which was really nice. Great experience!!

We found this gem of a place for added fun while up north escaping the heat from Phoenix. We only played Lazer tag, however it looks like they have food, Axe throwing, video games and more. Each Lazer tag game was 8 minutes long, plenty of time to get tired. When asking staff about how many sessions to purchase, I appreciated her honesty as it was absolutely accurate. She said the kids (mine are 9 and 5) usually get tired after 2 runs. She was right. Make sure to check them out. ** only leaving 4 star cause I did get to try food or other parts of the business

Axe throwing was amazing, pizza was delived right to our table and was hot and delicious. Not to forget the laser tag arena was awesome. It was the perfect place for our office Christmas party. Loved it.

Fun family time option with axe throwing and great laser tag area! My family has a blast here. Went mid day during the week and had the place to ourselves (other than the great employee member on staff). Great place for parents to let loose and have fun with kids or teens!

Friendly staff and owner, fun atmosphere, and a great place for a guys night out, or just a fun place for family to relax and have fun! The axe-throwing was very safe, and very enjoyable -- they give you plenty of time to 'warm-up' and get used to it, before starting a friendly 'tournament' game with your group. Laser tag was lots of fun as well -- we did two games (Free for all, and a 'territories' game) - plenty of fun, and lots of variables that change between the games to keep you engaged, and interested.

I booked a birthday party for my son here. It was a great time for both the kids and the adults. The laser tag arena was surprisingly big. The pizzas were average, but that didn't stop anyone from chowing down. Booking the party was a little confusing. No one reached out to confirm anything after booking online. Once that was sorted out the workers were very friendly and helpful.

The laser tag is great, a two-story arena that's just big enough. Now the downside; everything else. We had a pre-planned, weeks in advance, event scheduled there for 30 people, and they only had 3 workers. Plus it was a Saturday night, and the general public was there as well. So it took forever to find someone to help you, check you in, etc. The arcade games are a rip off, and completely rigged, but Flag Tag doesn't care, as they tell you every time there was an issue, they don't own them, there is nothing they can do. And the food is as expected, overpriced frozen pizza and pretzels. The rock wall was kinda cool. The kids loved that the most after laser tag, and if they fell, they landed on mattresses.

Excellent two story laser tag area with bonus boards and a tank. Military discount available. Such a great staff to work at my groups pace for games and allow us to switch teams between games
